Our Learning Environment
A space where little learners feel safe to explore, create and grow.
At Mrs. Darnall’s Little Learners, our environment is designed with little hands, big imaginations, and growing minds in mind. We create a warm, welcoming space where children can explore their interests, make choices, build relationships, and learn through meaningful play and hands-on-experiences.
Our Classroom
Our classroom provides dedicated spaces for children to play, create, read, build, imagine, and explore. Materials are thoughtfully arranged so children can access them, make choices, and engage in activities at their own pace.
Learning Through Play
Play is at the heart of our classroom. Through building, pretending, creating, experimenting, and exploring, children naturally develop problem-solving skills, language, independence, cooperation and confidence.
A Place to Belong
Every child deserves to feel known, valued, and loved
We want each Little Learner to feel a sense of belonging from the moment they walk through our doors. Our environment is intentionally warm and welcoming, giving children the confidence to try new things, make mistakes, ask questions, and grow!
A Little Note From Mrs. Darnall
“I want Little Learners to feel like a place where children can simply be children- where they can get messy, ask questions, try something new, make a friend, and known that they are loved.”
-Mrs. Darnall
